Create Beautiful Cards Using Rinea Foiled Paper Variety Packs And Basic Craft Tools | Rinea

Hello everyone! Jenn here today to share a few ways to use your basic craft tools with Rinea Foiled Papers to create some beautiful projects!

I have created two Fall garden cards using Rinea Foiled paper variety packs with embossing folders, dies, alcohol inked backgrounds, gel pressed backgrounds, and stamps.

Autumn Variety Foiled Paper Pack
Woodlands Variety Foiled Paper Pack

To start my project I pulled out several embossing folders and my Rinea Foiled Paper Variety Packs. Most of us paper crafters have many embossing folders  in our stash and if your anything like me, you often forget about them. I embossed several sheets of foiled paper from each variety pack.

This gives me a good place to start and what I did not use this week I will use for a future project.

For my cards I decided on the Autumn and Woddland variety sheets and set the others aside.
Next, I used a square die from my stash to cut a pattern in one sheet and then adhered it on another so the bottom one showed through the cutouts. Background 1 done! Simple, but beautiful.
For the second card I used various stitched square dies to create a quilted look.

Once I had the pattern I liked, I adhered the pieces to my ivory card base and let them dry. I then used a butterfly die to cut two for each card. For the backgrounds of my butterflies I used alcohol inked and gel press backgrounds from my stash. The outline was cut from the Mocha Startstruck Foiled paper. I also die cut some flowers and foliage from the various colors. To construct my cards all of the die cut pieces were placed using adhesive and some foam squares for dimension.

One of the amazing things about Rinea Foiled paper is the ability to bend and shape it which is a great way to add texture to your projects!

To finish my cards I added a stamped sentiment banner to both.
