3D Foiled Hyacinths by Steph

3D Foiled Hyacinths by Steph | Rinea

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today and I've created flowers with the Rinea 3D Hyacinth Die Set.

Using the Pastels Foiled Variety Pack,  I created the flowers using Turquoise/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and  Lavender/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper along with Jade/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper for the flower stems and Jade Starstruck for the leaves.

Die cut strips of foils to create the hyacinths.  Depending on the size of your hyacinths, you can adhere several strips together.  Since my hyacinths are small, I only needed one strip to create my flowers.

Use a craft pick or thin paint brush and with the gold side facing, roll each strip to create the flower loops.

Following the directions on the die package, wrap Jade/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper around a craft stick to create the stems of each flower.  To create the flowers, take the rolled strips and wrap them around the stem using dabs of glue to hold the flowers in place.

For an additional pop of color, I created 2 more hyacinths using Violet/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper for the flowers and Emerald/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper for the stems.

Die cut the leaves from Jade Starstruck.  Wrap the leaves around the stem just below the flowers.  Use a dab of glue to hold them in place.

Since Rinea foils retain their shape, you have the ability to reroll the loops or move them along the stem.

Place the hyacinths in an etched vase.  Wouldn't these look lovely as table centerpieces for an upcoming event?

Thanks for stopping by.
