Have a Heart ATC's with Roni
Artist Trading Cards (or ATC's) are such a fun way to share your art and creativity in a nice neat little package. Today I wanted to share a few with you today using the Love Foiled Paper Variety Pack.
When I'm making a set of cards I like to have at least one unifying piece which I add to each card - for these cards I used a piece of foiled paper that has been embossed and smudged with an art crayon.
I started off by embossing a 4" x 4" piece of Fuchsia/Gold foiled paper with a Darice embossing folder.
Scribble a black Marabu Mixed Media Art Crayon over the embossed piece of foiled paper and smudge it around until you are satisfied with the coverage.

Wipe off the excess crayon with a baby wipe or damp cloth.
Trim the embossed piece of foiled paper into desired sizes for each ATC.
While each card is unique this embossed foiled paper pulls them all together nicely.

Background is Ruby/Ruby Starstruck foiled paper with a 1/2" strip of embossed Fuchsia foiled paper as an accent strip. StazOn ink was used to stamp the sentiment and tiny tri-heart image onto the background. Die-cut 9 (nine) small hearts and 2 (two) scallop hearts in assorted colors of foiled paper.
To make the 3D hearts, crease 3 hearts in the center, adhere 3 hearts back to back and let dry. Once dry open up the folded hearts and adhere to the embossed strip.
Add the two scalloped hearts to the right corner using double stick foam tape for added dimension.

Lots of Love ATC
Cover a piece of chipboard with the embossed fuchsia foiled paper. Trim a 1/2" x 6" piece of Lavender/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper; cut a fish tail on each end of the lavender strip then gently add waves to the strip and affix it to the card.
Die-cut 5 assorted hearts. Stamp one heart with the Lots of Love sentiment using StazOn ink. Gently bend each side of the heart forward while bending the edges backwards to give it a bit of dimension. Affix each heart to the card.
Rose Petal Angel
Adhere the remaining 1 1/2" strip of the embossed fuchsia foiled paper to the ATC blank and cover the remainder of the ATC with Blush/Blush Startstruck foiled paper.
Stamp "XOXO" repeatedly with Black StazOn ink onto a 3/8" strip of Gold/Gold Glossy foiled paper and adhere it to the edge of the ATC.
Stamp "XOXO" repeatedly with Black StazOn ink onto a 3/8" strip of Gold/Gold Glossy foiled paper and adhere it to the edge of the ATC.
Stamp Angel onto white cardstock and color as desired (Prismacolor Colored Pencils were used for the example); trim and set aside.
Die-cut 15 scallop hearts in assorted colors of foiled paper and 2 wonky hearts from Gold/Gold Starstruck foiled paper.
Adhere 5 hearts to the bottom of the angel's dress and gently curl up the edges; affix 4 hearts in the next row up, gently curl up the edges of those hearts; continue with the next three rows adding 3, 2 and finally one heart under her arm. She now has a rose petal dress.
Die-cut 15 scallop hearts in assorted colors of foiled paper and 2 wonky hearts from Gold/Gold Starstruck foiled paper.
Adhere 5 hearts to the bottom of the angel's dress and gently curl up the edges; affix 4 hearts in the next row up, gently curl up the edges of those hearts; continue with the next three rows adding 3, 2 and finally one heart under her arm. She now has a rose petal dress.
Use a piece of double stick foam tape to adhere the two gold wonky hearts a bit off-set to form a pair of wings.
Affix the angel to the card with double stick foam tape.
